  • I will need vitamin C for my dream baby’s growth.
  • Vitamin C is required for collagen synthesis, bone and teeth calcification .
  • It will help to promote strongness in my dream baby.
  • I will take regular food containing vitamin C , which will help absorption of dietary iron.
  • Vitamin C can increase the absorption of iron which is very important in pregnancy.
