  • A vessel needs to be carried with absolute care & with careful handling.
  • I should carry myself from one place to another with utmost care.
  • Pregnancy is very unique and precious; hence I will always take care of myself during pregnancy.
  • Doctor is the best advisor for me.
  • I must talk with my doctor and give the planning of my travelling if any; during my pregnancy period.
  • During travel as per my doctor’s advice, I must keep all my details and medical records with me which may help me in any emergencies.
  • I will make sure that I am carrying all my regular medicines which I am taking for my dream baby, as advised by my doctor.
  • If I get vomiting during travel, I will take care as per my doctor’s advice.
  • During pregnancy for the longer journey in flight or surface journey ; I must take my seat, preferably in front and nearer to rest room.
  • I should not take tea or coffee in excess or any beverages during my travel.
  • I will consume plenty of fresh water or fresh fruit juices or fruits during my travel.
  • I will carry fruits, dry fruits, and homemade special recipes for small delicious bites as and when I will be hungry.
  • I will carry stone sugar to provide demand of sugar for my dream baby.
  • During my travel, my dresses will be comfortable and not very tight, preferably pure cotton in summer and warm in winter or cold season.
  • I will customise my dresses for my pregnancy period.
  • I will ensure that during pregnancy when I am travelling my footwear is not very tight fitting to my feet.
  • My footwear should be stretchable to take care of swelling of my feet, which may occur during travel.
  • I will carry minimum and easy to carry luggage with me while travelling, because heavy luggage can restrict my dream baby`s activities.
  • I will carry my favourite travel pillow to rest for a while or to take a nap.
  • Continuous sitting can lead to leg cramps and swelling of feet also, to avoid this during long journey I will take a short walk after certain comfortable interval.
